1. Shipping Policy

At Pilgrimage NZ, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are processed and shipped as quickly as possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and quantity of items purchased. We strive to keep shipping fees transparent and competitive. Shipping prices provided during checkout are indicative and may vary based on current rates by New Zealand carriers.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable New Zealand carriers to handle all shipments. The terms and conditions of these carriers apply to each shipment. By purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by their terms and policies as well.

Shipping Times

Once an order is received, we immediately begin processing it and aim to ship all orders within 3 business days. Please note that no cancellations are accepted once an order has been placed, as we start working on your order straight away to meet our commitment to quick dispatch.

Changes in Shipping Costs

In the event of updates or changes in shipping carrier rates, additional charges may apply. If there is a discrepancy between the estimated shipping cost paid during checkout and the actual cost charged by the carrier, we will contact you. In such cases, you may be required to pay the difference in shipping fees.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or is incorrect. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or other arrangement.

Steps for Reporting Damages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at our contact page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide a description and, if possible, photographs of the damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • Once we have reviewed your claim, we will arrange a solution, such as a replacement or other resolution.

3. Refunds Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where a product is found to be faulty or damaged upon arrival. Refunds are not offered for change of mind. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the refund is confirmed.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders that have been processed and shipped as requested.
  • Items that are not damaged or faulty.
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer, including incorrect shipping addresses or order quantities.
